Wow, that's a significant amount of junk. Aluminum still looks shiny. Maybe you can carry it out piece by piece and take it to a junk yard for cash. :)

I was surprised at how little rust there was. Perhaps since it's always wet, it doesn't have time to rust? Does that even make sense? Or, alternatively, Sequim (the "nearby" town) is known for being (comparatively) dry (we were there on a bad day). Maybe that helps?
