Packing everything up. I have to say Jay and I did an excellent job of traveling light on this trip. I think we did manage to eat every single calorie we brought with us, which probably meant we should have carried some more food, but it's not exactly like we were out in the wilderness far from civilization... as long as we stayed on the trails, people were everywhere and every campsite had a hut or "refuggio" where we could have gotten food if absolutely necessary.
