A lot of Serbians (and other Yugoslavians in general) have very dark sense of humor owing to recent history. This view outside the military museum inside the Belgrade citadel includes many pieces of foreign military equipment with placards explaining they were "donated" by various governments or agencies. This includes parts of exploded bombshells, etc which usually thank NATO or whomever sent them the present.
