After Monica and I finished the race, we stretched out, then rode the bus back to the Panhandle (eastern edge of Golden Gate park) in hopes of rendezvousing with our walking companions. We figured if we didn't find them, we'd watch the festivities for a while and then get brunch. However, as you can see, if you are a banana used to tropical climates, and not a fur clad bunny, the gray and foggy, misty weather dampened your enthusiasm, no pun intended.
