"Elotes Locos" - billed to me as corn on the cob with cream sauce and cheese. Actually corn on the cob with ketchup, mustard, mayo, and maybe cheese. Not. Good. One of the only things from the whole week that wasn't tasty.

What??! I am sorry to inform you that your opinion is actually incorrect. This is one of the greatest foods to grace God's green earth. As evidenced by my thorough enjoyment of such norishment across central America.
