Monica skiing back to the lodge at the end of the day. Instead of skiing back to the main lodge, we ended up at Canyon Lodge, 2 bases down the hill from where we were staying. From there, they had a gondola that would carry you into the center of the village, where there were a lot more restaurant options than where we were staying. And best of all, mid-week apres ski happy hours. We went to a tiki bar that had $3.50 mai tais. Seemed appropriate enough since the daytime high was almost 60 degrees on the mountain.
