I realize this is a bit chicken-and-egg, but why so many visitors if the coral is dead? What do they look at, or why do they come?

To see the fish, or because they don't know that living coral is not normally this dull? In general most of the world's coral is in pretty bad shape due to ocean acidification, etc.
