On Monday I drove back up near Koko crater to visit Hanauma Bay to go snorkeling. Since I am late riser, and Hanauma Bay is very popular, by the time I got there the parking lot was full. So after some mild panicking and calling Lydia for suggestions, I reconnoitered for a while and furtively parked my car in a residential area near by and hiked back along the highway ten minutes or so to the state park.
