Next stop was the Matsumoto Shave Ice stand. In business for almost 60 years, it's an Oahu institution and had the line to prove it. Still, they are not sell-outs, and close the doors every day at 6pm, leaving latecomers still in line without shave ice. We got there about 30 minutes before closing, or in other words, just in the nick of time.
