After the farmers' market, we met some of Lydia's friends and went to hang out at the beach for a few hours. The water was actually pretty chilly so I didn't stay in long.

  • I do not understand the appeal of stand-and-paddle. When I tried it, they stressed that you should only travel perpendicular to the shore. Where can you get with that??
