On our last full day in Seoul, Monica and I debated going to see a breakdancing show (South Koreans are far and away the undisputed champions of this performance art) but we couldn't stomach the $50 USD price tag so we decided to wander the sprawling Dongdaemun Market. From some web site: "Korea's largest wholesale and retail shopping district has 26 shopping malls, 30,000 specialty shops, and 50,000 manufacturers. Within the ten blocks of the market area, you can find silks, clothes, shoes, sporting goods, plumbing and electrical supplies, electronics, office supplies, toys and just about everything else imaginable." We started with a block that sold nothing but pets.
