More fun automated food making machines at a truck stop: This one made puffed rice cakes. Some sort of rice and a sweener was placed in between the two black disks which are maybe only an inch or two wide, and then heat is applied. Like a gun shot, the rice cake emerges, about the size of a salad plate (shown at the far left). I don´t know how this works.
