About half way to Monica´s dad´s condo, there was an air raid drill. The entire city (or maybe country) comes to a halt as all the lights are red and members of the volunteer corps stop traffic with flags. You tune your radio to a specific channel and listen to whether North Korea has just launched its nukes at Seoul.
