A fully automated Korean walnut cake machine! I learned to both love (at first) and later despise these delightful red bean paste filled treats. Like a waffle filled with red bean paste and a walnut baked in the shape of an uncracked walnut, these little sugary dumplings were for sale on nearly every street corner or truck stop (on the highways). Sweet, steamy, hot and nutty, they were addictive until Monica's dad basically force fed us walnut cakes until neither one of us wanted to see another walnut cake for a long time.
