Wow. That thing cannot be sturdy. What is more interesting is the method of building two floors at each level. I wonder if they don't do false ceilings, but rather build these two floors (or, one ceiling, one floor) and put mech/elec stuff in between. Sure would be hard to access for maintenance purposes.
