On my last full day in Colombia, I decided to take the Transmillenio bus system up to La Zona Rosa, a more trendy, upscale neighborhood where a lot of the name-brand foreign stores are located. I told myself I wanted to see where Colombian yuppies live, but really I had to go there to pay another one of Rodrigo's friends for guide services. Here you can see the Transmillenio in operation during rush hour. Each bus is stuffed claustrophobia-inducing degrees... at one interchange I had to wait for the 3rd bus before I could get on.
