Monica, on a slightly bigger slide. This place was like a water park. Perfectly even, gentle slides were all over the place. Even though it would have been possible to stay out of the water and hike along the shores through this section, why would you want to?

Why doesn't the rock rip up the wet suits? Is it really that smooth?

Not really, though it was pretty smooth. Monica has a pair of shorts on over her wetsuit, which you can't really see in this photo. The rest of us wore protective clothing over the wetsuits, but Monica's is both old and cheap so she was less concerned about eventually ripping a hole in the suit.
