Joel, Monica and Catherine suit up after eating lunch at the top of Seven Teacups after a somewhat sweaty hike up over a mountain in the hot sun. Ideally we would have gotten a much earlier start, to avoid hiking in the mid-day sun, but such was our scheduling. The canyon is relatively short so we'd still have plenty of time to take our time and get out before dark.
