Dandelion! No wonder these things are called a weed. They apparently can grow everywhere. This is at about 12,000 feet or so. There were lots of mangy looking dandelions up here. Though, as Monica reminded me later, the greens are also edible! Good to know; maybe that's how the marmots get to be so fat.
