A sheep, or at least part of one near the shore of the Colorado. Not sure how he got here, as commercial farms are a thousand feet above on the plateau. Fell off a cliff? Dragged by an animal? Alien mutilation? Strange as the head was nearly perfectly in tact where most of the rest of the body was entirely missing, bones and all.
