Some small falls join the Virgin River. At this point the canyon is pretty big and there is almost always a dry bank on at least one side of the river with a social or use trail. However, the water in the virgin was (relatively) warm and inviting. And given it was now mid-day and the temperature was around 100 degrees, we swam or floated at nearly every opportunity.
