The dough called for 5 different types of flour (one of which - potato flour - we gave up on after searching at 3 specialty markets) had the consistency of soup rather than dough, and called for the weirdest amounts of ingredients (half a tablespoon of butter?? Organic Palm shortening? 4 tsp of yeast??). The dough, as a result needed to be rescued and risen again (causing our project to take until almost 2am).
