I was pretty happy with this meal. I bought it off a lady at a sidewalk stand just outside north gates of Chapultepec Park: it was a blue corn tostada with refried beans, nopales (cactus), hot sauce, cheese, and tomatillo. Cost: 15 pesos, or about $1. (It seemed to be local price as everyone else was paying the same.)
