A view down the last few miles of trail (yes the trail goes roughly down where you see). Bob and I managed to walk 5+ miles in about an hour and 10 minutes with 60+ lb packs (skis + boots carried on the packs). The elevation drop from where the picture was taken was about 4,000 ft. The car (yellow M3) is somewhere along that squiggely river/tree line on the flat part. I don't think it is possible to spot, especially since it is concooned in a grey car cover.
