Wearing the tag was just a habit.
This hotel architecturally, in my opinion, was well planned, modern and a beautiful design. However, the room appointments, including doors, bathroom fixtures and furniture were of very low quality. My guess is that the fixtures were supplied by Russia as part of their subsidy program.
