About 300 yards down the road was the Creekside Steakhouse and Tavern. Open at 7 am for breakfast ... a nice walk through the 55 degree temps at that time of day.

Very much a locals hangout. Obviously built/expanded room by room - we sat in the front - but there were tables in the back and in what I took to be the kitchen. The floor in the front sloped so things on the table might slide. There is one other restaurant in town run by a big name chef - supposedly very good food - but she recently broke her ankle so it is only open on weekends.
