In talking to the manager he said that all of the businesses along this stretch went out of business after being bypassed. They are all being brought back to life by new owners - but pretty much as they were before. Ours was clearly a 1950's operation - probably built one unit at a time. There are several cabins of various sizes - and a newer "bunk house". Picnic and play grounds are in various states of repair. The new owner is cleaning (maybe polishing) the units - and putting in new bathrooms - but the basic units are unchanged. Very friendly - low key - and all is reasonably priced.
