As seemed to become a feature of this trip, once on top of a desert tower, there's sometimes a wait to get back down. Some local yokels had brought a group of 6 to the summit (several of whom had never climbed outdoors before) so it was a long wait while their leaders got the group down. So we enjoyed the sunshine and the view.
