Googlemaps Streetview tells me it is 35 West Wacker Drive. Google and wikipedia tell me it is the Leo Burnett building - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leo_Burnett_Building It was built in 1989 and unfortunately, appears to be strictly commercial.
