The weather has not been on my side this summer. My Tubal Cain hike was rainy and cold; Otter Falls was misty and without views. Jay and I had to turn back on Pilchuck. So, when faced with more rain in North Bend, we decided to head to Seattle for a day in the city, and stopped at Snoqualmie Falls on the way.
