As I understand it, Dolly is Norm's mother. While she was alive, he stored the boat in her yard (which was allowed in her neighborhood, provided it was HER boat). When people asked, she explained that yes, of course it was her boat. So, when she passed, that got added. [This story may be somewhat incorrect; it was told to me by another sailor in the group; I think the basic premise is correct, and I know that Dolly IS his mother's name]
