Indeed! That is how these boats work downwind. I went out tonight in 10-15 knots (steady, not much gusting) and we were FLYING downwind. It was incredible. We were making wake that was easily a foot tall.
As for the boat, my boss Norm owns it and has given me almost a carte blanche to take it out.
