Talk about liking your job. Ranger Jessica has done this for 6 (?) years for 6 months of the year and I gather that she works at odd jobs the rest of the year awaiting the call to come back to the Mesa Verde NP. She carries an amazing amount of gear should any visitor have a problem - it isn't easy to get help or get them out.
