Boeing's Chicago office (originally built for the Morton Salt Company). The bottom floors of the building are actually owned by the railroads, and the El goes beneath it all. There is a very interesting system in Chicago dealing with "air rights" that the trains have, forcing buildings to build around them and (I think) pay them money for the space.
