Yes, it was hot. And sunny. If you can stay in the shade, Indian Creek is climbable on all but the hottest days, but the air temps can easily reach 110+. The most popular time for climbing is spring/fall. Luckily the lateness of the season kept the crowds away. This is easily the most popular climb in Indian Creek and we only saw one other party on it earlier in the day.

Some of these Super Crack photos appear to have a tilt-shift looking effect near the top of the photo and now I am wondering if it isn't a mirage instead.
