Typical bridge style #2. This style reminds me of a type of concrete bridge I think is called a finnback bridge (although the lack of hits on google makes me doubt myself). The idea is that the tension cords get up above the deck by the end of the bridge. [This doesn't really make sense, I'm sure. I need to draw a picture.]
