We are now on the south side, looking back at the tower. The blue hydraulics are used to, once a newly-placed bundle is secured at the ends, grab the bundle and pull away from the tower, creating slack in the turnaround section under the deck. Enough slack is created to allow the bundle to be moved from where it rolls around the end to its proper place in the deviator saddle.
