Here you have a better view of the rectilinear channels the cable bundles are forced into. I believe the blue and yellow hardware is temporary and is generally a means to pulling the most recently strung cable bundle into place after it has been anchored at both ends (at the eastern side of the SAS). Much like buttoning a shirt button, it's necessary to use extra counter-opposing force to clear the cable supports and bring the cable bundle to rest with the rest of its friends in these channels.
