Ski-lift type mechanism for stringing steel cables. The suspended cable at the top operates much like a ski lift and is looped all the way around the bridge and driven by a motor. The bright steel cable draped over supports is being unwound and strung all the way from one end of the SAS to the other, then back again along the other side.
