Eleanor and Catherine at Laredo's in Seattle. The entire place was full of UT fans, all TVs had the game on, and the menu had multiple Austin references ("mexican martini just like at Trudy's! ... Kerby Queso!"). I attest that the queso was nothing like Kerby Lane's, but their margaritas were good.
