Off the beaten path (Route 12) and heading south on "Hole in the Rock" road (unpaved). We went the first 12 miles to "Devil's Garden" to see these unusal HooDoo's.

  • Funny! I've been down that road too. We went about 15-20 miles to a place called the Egypt Bench... might have taken a turn or two somewhere on that road. I believe Andy has driven it all the way to Hole in the Rock.

  • Have you read the supposed story of Hole in The Rock? Incredible - but has to be half myth. Note - I think that you mean "unusual" HooDoos. They are stand alone formations.
