One quiet Saturday evening, Jay and I decided to make bagels (following this recipe: http://www.seriouseats.com/2011/03/how-to-shape-and-make-bagels-at-home-recipe.html). I obviously did not do a good job separating the dough into 10 even pieces. The only thing I found weird about this recipe was it said to flip the bagels halfway through cooking, which we didn't do... we wanted a clear top and bottom, especially for the bagels with cornmeal on the tray!
