Jay trekked up the hill, and Capitol Lake can be seen more clearly (as can the 4th Ave Bridge). Beyond the bridge is the West Bay of Budd Inlet of of of, eventually, Puget Sound. As a note - Puget Sound is much, much more complicated of a waterway than, say, Long Island Sound.
