This drop is about 80 feet, and has been jumped at least three times, never more than once by the same person. Apparently, the story has it that this guy Paul jumped in and discovered the landing was so painful that he tried to signal to his two waiting friends above to use the rope instead. However, his signals were misinterpreted and his friends thought he was trying to say "come on down". So they each jumped.
