Today Monica and I were climbing near Donner Pass in North Lake Tahoe, and our approach included an interminable bramble bushwhack. Best part was the manzanita or whatever it was had a yellow coating of pollen, so whenever you disturbed a branch, clouds of pollen would billow into the sky. Monica is considering allergy shots. I thought coming climbing here once a week every week for 2 years might have the same effect and be more fun.
