When we arrived at the base of the climb, we found a party of 3 ahead of us. It would appear to be a guide and a couple. But they were far enough ahead (and we were slow enough) that we'd never catch up with them.

Oops. Mistook that red bag for a person. I saw two sitting, one on route, and one up top. Turns out there's only one at the bottom.
